Request HOPE Membership for 2024-2025

To participate in HOPE sponsored events and for access to the HOPE members-only side of the website, please complete the information below.
--FOR 2024-2025, HOPE membership is $30 and will be valid until August 31, 2025.
--In MAY & JUNE, signups will not be available.
--In JULY, we begin accepting memberships for the next school year.
IMPORTANT! Memberships not paid for by September 1 [or within 5 days of signing up if after 9/1], will be suspended (parked). After 15 days, parked/unpaid accounts will be deleted. If you've moved out of the area or no longer wish to be a member, please let us know so we can delete your account and not pester you further! If you wish to continue on with HOPE, once payment has been received, suspended/parked accounts will be reinstated.
After submitting the form below you should receive an email within 48 hours confirming your request.
Note for "Sections" area of form: Choose all sections that apply to your family. You will receive occasional emails from the coordinators of the groups you checked. This is not a required field but you may miss activities and last minute field trip or activity changes.
The "Weekly Email Update" notifies you of upcoming calendar events and states when information is changed or added on the website.
The information that you enter below can be edited by you at any time after your membership has been confirmed. Once signed in, select PROFILE at the top of any page to update.
If you are experiencing financial hardship, you may request a membership fee waiver. Make a request in the "Message to Group Administrator" box below.
